| Stephen Robert Cork and Joanne
Elizabeth Milner of Smith and Williamson Limited were appointed as joint administrators of Pacific
Continental Securities (UK) Limited("the Company") on 20 June 2007. The Company subsequently moved from being
in administration to being in creditors' voluntary liquidation on 21 March 2008, and Stephen Cork and
Joanne Milner were appointed as joint liquidators of the Company in accordance with the proposals approved by
creditors.
On 27 July 2011, Stephen Cork and Joanne Milner were replaced as joint liquidators by Henry Shinners
and Vivienne Oliver of Smith & Williamson Limited, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY pursuant to an order
made by Registrar Barber sitting in the Companies Court, Chancery Division in the High Court of Justice
pursuant to an application for a block transfer of insolvency appointments. On 10 January 2012,
Antony Spicer replaced Vivienne Oliver as joint liquidator, by an order made by Registrar Baister sitting
in the Companies Court, Chancery Division in the High Court of Justice pursuant to an application for a block
transfer of insolvency appointments.
Please note that following an internal change to Smith & Williamson's legal structure a
new limited liability partnership "Smith & Williamson LLP" has been established. The
business previously undertaken by Smith & Williamson Limited is now being conducted
through the limited liability partnership with effect from 1 May 2012. Other services
provided by entities within the Smith & Williamson Group will remain unaffected by
these changes.
The affairs, business and property of the company continue to be managed by the joint
liquidators who contract as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
Notice is hereby given that on 15 January 2008 the High Court of Justice ordered the
following in respect of the Company:
That the joint liquidators may give any notice or other document or information required
by the Insolvency Act 1986 and/or the Insolvency Rules 1986 to any creditor and/or
member of the Company by placing it upon the Company's website www.pacconsec.com
rather than in writing to each creditor and/or member.
Furthermore, any appointed liquidator of the Company may give notice or other
document or information required by the Insolvency Act 1986 and/or the Insolvency
Rules 1986 to any creditor and/or member of the Company by placing it upon the
Company's website www.pacconsec.com rather than in writing to each creditor and/or
member.
A copy of this Court Order and any of the documentation described above are available
for downloading from this website or alternatively copies are available free of charge to
any creditor or member of the Company who writes to the joint liquidators.
